In August 2005 Alex, 21 year old student decided to raise moeny for his education by…..selling pixels on a website! This initiative proved not only worth the effort, but also generated a lot of on-line buzz. Alex wrote a blog, BBC posted about him, even million dollar homepage watch was created! People like Yaro Starak got involved. Everyone wanted to ‘Own a piece of internet history!’ What a brilliant idea!:)
No wonder Alex Tew became a social media icon.
